Neman Collection Culinary – Kosher Cooking Classes

We are excited to invite you to an authentic Italian cooking class, led by the executive chef of a traditional Roman restaurant located just downstairs.
The restaurant is Kosher (Meat – “Besari”) under the supervision of the Beth Din Rabbanut of Rome (dairy option available upon group request).

Participants will enjoy a 4-hour course, discovering seasonal local ingredients and Italian gastronomy, including a presentation of a local market.
Using these ingredients, participants will prepare traditional antipasti, pasta, lasagna, main dishes, and delicious desserts, while uncovering the secrets of Italian cuisine.
The menu changes daily according to the freshest available ingredients.

  • You will eat what you cook – so come hungry and get ready to enjoy plenty of food and drinks in a true Italian aperitivo atmosphere.

Courses are held in Hebrew and English, with a minimum of 6 participants per group.
Children aged 4 and above are welcome.
